Welcome to CINEGAME DRIVER, a digital reading and entertainment platform operated by CINEGAME STUDIO. By subscribing to, accessing, downloading, or using any content from CINEGAME DRIVER, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.
 

1. Service Description

CINEGAME DRIVER provides digital access to eBooks, stories, visual materials, digital downloads, and related entertainment content created, published, or licensed by CINEGAME STUDIO.

CINEGAME DRIVER operates under a subscription-based digital access model. This means users are paying for access to digital content while their subscription is active. Users are not purchasing ownership of the content.
 

2. Subscription Access

By subscribing to CINEGAME DRIVER, users receive access to selected digital materials, including eBooks and other digital content, depending on the subscription plan available at the time.

Access is only valid while the user’s subscription remains current and active.

If the subscription is canceled, expired, paused, refunded, or otherwise terminated, access to the digital content may be removed, limited, or disabled.
 

3. Digital Download Copy

Some materials may be made available as digital download copies. These downloads are provided only for personal reading, viewing, and entertainment use by the active subscriber.

A digital download does not transfer ownership, copyright, publishing rights, reproduction rights, resale rights, adaptation rights, or commercial rights to the user.

The download is part of the subscription access model and remains subject to these Terms and Conditions.
 

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

After cancellation, the user may continue to have access only until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless otherwise stated by CINEGAME DRIVER.

Once the subscription period ends, access to eBooks, downloads, and other digital materials may be removed, limited, or disabled.
 

5. No Ownership of Content

All eBooks, stories, images, characters, worlds, logos, designs, videos, music, concepts, scripts, artwork, digital files, and related materials available through CINEGAME DRIVER are the property of CINEGAME STUDIO or its authorized licensors.

Users do not obtain copyright ownership of any eBook or digital material by subscribing, downloading, reading, viewing, or accessing the content.

The user receives only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content while the subscription is active.
 

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, creative rights, publishing rights, and intellectual property rights remain fully owned by CINEGAME STUDIO or the applicable rights holder.

CINEGAME STUDIO reserves all rights not expressly granted to the user in these Terms and Conditions.

Users may not claim ownership, authorship, copyright, or creative rights over any content provided through CINEGAME DRIVER.
 

7. Anti-Piracy Protection and User-Coded Files

CINEGAME DRIVER may use anti-piracy protection systems to protect eBooks, downloads, digital files, and other subscription materials.

Each digital copy may be individually coded, watermarked, encrypted, tagged, or otherwise linked to the subscriber’s account, user ID, transaction, download session, email address, device, or other account-related information.

This protection may be visible or invisible. It may include digital watermarking, file identification codes, metadata, access logs, download records, or other tracking methods used to identify the source of unauthorized sharing, copying, uploading, resale, or distribution.

By using CINEGAME DRIVER, the user agrees that downloaded eBooks and digital materials may contain unique identification information connected to their account.

Users may not remove, alter, hide, disable, bypass, erase, modify, or tamper with any copyright notice, watermark, user code, file protection, metadata, access control, encryption, or anti-piracy feature.

If a user-coded file is found to have been shared, uploaded, resold, distributed, or made available without permission, CINEGAME STUDIO may use the embedded code or account information to investigate the violation and take action.

CINEGAME STUDIO may suspend or terminate the user’s account, remove access to all digital materials, deny future subscriptions, issue copyright takedown notices, seek damages, and pursue any legal remedy available under applicable law.

The user is responsible for keeping their account, downloaded files, and access credentials secure. Unauthorized sharing, leaking, uploading, or distribution of CINEGAME DRIVER content is strictly prohibited, even if done by another person using the user’s account or files.
 

8. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, rent, share, upload, or publicly display any CINEGAME DRIVER content.

• Modify, remix, adapt, translate, publish, or create derivative works from the content without written permission from CINEGAME STUDIO.

• Use CINEGAME DRIVER content for commercial purposes.

• Remove copyright notices, logos, watermarks, metadata, user codes, file protections, or ownership information.

• Share account access, download links, files, or subscription materials with other people.

• Upload CINEGAME DRIVER content to websites, social media, marketplaces, AI datasets, file-sharing platforms, cloud folders, forums, or public databases.

• Use CINEGAME STUDIO intellectual property to create competing products, books, games, films, merchandise, or services.
   

9. Personal Use Only

CINEGAME DRIVER content is provided for personal entertainment, reading, and viewing only.

A subscription does not allow the user to use the content for business, publishing, training, classroom distribution, resale, public performance, production, or commercial development unless CINEGAME STUDIO gives written permission.
 

10. Access After Subscription Ends

When a subscription ends, the user’s right to access CINEGAME DRIVER content also ends.

Any digital files, eBooks, or materials downloaded during the subscription must not be redistributed, sold, uploaded, shared, copied, or used outside the permitted personal-use license.

CINEGAME DRIVER may use account controls, platform restrictions, file protection, access limits, download limits, watermarking, or other measures to manage subscriber access.
 

11. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, password, and access credentials.

Users are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.

CINEGAME DRIVER may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.
 

12. Changes to Content

CINEGAME DRIVER may add, remove, update, replace, revise, or modify available content at any time.

Subscription access does not guarantee that a specific eBook, file, story, or digital material will remain available permanently.
 

13. Payments and Billing

Subscription prices, billing cycles, and available plans may change from time to time.

By subscribing, the user agrees to pay the listed subscription fee for the selected plan.

Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to CINEGAME DRIVER content.
 

14. Refunds

Refunds, if available, are handled according to the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.

CINEGAME DRIVER reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated cancellation, unauthorized sharing, piracy, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
 

15. Termination

CINEGAME DRIVER may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s account if the user violates these Terms and Conditions, infringes intellectual property rights, shares content illegally, abuses the platform, tampers with anti-piracy systems, or uses the service in an unauthorized way.

Termination may result in loss of access to all content and subscription materials.
 

16. No Transfer of Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any copyright, trademark, production right, publishing right, game right, film right, adaptation right, merchandise right, licensing right, or intellectual property right to the user.

All CINEGAME STUDIO properties remain fully owned and controlled by CINEGAME STUDIO.
 

17. Disclaimer

CINEGAME DRIVER content is provided for entertainment and creative purposes.

CINEGAME DRIVER is provided “as is” and “as available.” CINEGAME STUDIO does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.
 

18. Updates to These Terms

CINEGAME STUDIO may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of CINEGAME DRIVER after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms and Conditions.
